El Consejo de Administración de UN-HABITAT celebrado en Nairobi del 5 al 9 de mayo pasados, aprobó por consenso y sin modificaciones la resolución para la celebración del II Foro Urbano Mundial (II FUM) en Barcelona en el 2004 dentro del marco de la celebración del Fòrum Universal de las Culturas. According to paragraph 11 of the report of the subgroup on the objectives and working arrangements of the World Urban Forum, the provisional agenda for each session of the World Urban Forum will be prepared by the Secretariat in consultation with national Governments, local authorities and other Habitat Agenda partners, at least six months in advance of the session.
