Couldn't agree more. Let it pass. Busy yourself with something. use your hands. Hell even grab a pen and doodle for 15 or 20. You busy your mind and the urge will slip away.
One thing a friend of mine suggested when I got a horrible craving the first night i quit and couldn't vape was to drink a highly lemony drink or soda. Don't know why it works but it does. At least for me.
